Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Dumanel, accessible from
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Return policy

Non-Defective Goods

If You apply for a return and refund for non-defective Goods and the agrees to Your's refund application, You must send back the Goods at Your own expense and upload the return tracking info in time. After the Goods are delivered and inspected and the Goods returned without any damage, a portion of the order amount will be deducted as the repacking and restocking fee (20-30% depends on the Goods). We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Note: the has the right to reject the refund application under this circumstance.

Defective Goods

(package breakage/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods/quality problems)

If You detect any problem upon receipt (damaged package/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods or other quality problems), You shall contact for settlement within 5 business days since the delivery day, and provide evidence to prove the problem (pictures of broken Goods and package outer box with a shipping label on it). 

Note: The may refuse the refund application if You fail to provide compelling evidence in time.

For any problem raised in the process of using the Goods, You shall contact for settlement within 30 days after the delivery day, and provide relevant pictures or videos as evidence. If the feedback time is more than 30 days from the delivered time, or You provide insufficient evidence, the may refuse the refund application if You fail to provide compelling evidence in time.
If agrees to refund, the buyer shall return the goods in time and upload the tracking number. We will refund in full upon receipt.

Note: We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Untimely tracking info updates

If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time in the logistics website tracking info), You shall contact for a solution.

Note:  this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

Conditions for Return

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days. We reserve the right that not to provide any after-sales service for issues that are received after 30 days since delivery day.

  • The Goods are in the original packaging including manufactured tags, parts and accessories.

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply Goods on sale, goods that you have already assembled, discontinued Goods.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Note: Once You submit the after-sales application, You need to provide evidence (as the clause said above). If You cannot provide compelling evidence in time, We have the right to reject the refund or return application.




Refund Policy

All returned goods are inspecting at processing facility, after inspection You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days after the goods arrive at processing facility.

The funds will be refunded to the original method of payment.
