Shipping or what about shipping?
We provide free (standard), safe, reliable, and fast delivery for all of our Goods.
Currently we are offering free standard shipping on United States orders.
EXCEPTIONS: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
NOTE: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO, or Internationally.
Majority of the standard orders ship within 1-3 days business days. Your estimated delivery time frames will be available to you during checkout.
NOTE: Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
We will update you throughout the shipping process via email and/or SMS notifications.
We will ship your order via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other trusted carriers (for large Goods). The standard shipping method is ground shipping only.
Medium Goods are considered packages 150 lbs or less, and mostly ship via UPS or FedEx. Since the signature is not required for delivery, the decision to leave the package at Your door will remain up to the delivery carrier. Delivery will be the first dry area outside the home. You will be responsible for transport beyond that point. An order is left in the original packaging. No signature required.
Large Goods are considered packages 151 lbs or more and ship via trusted carriers who are specialized in handling large Goods. This typically takes 1-4 weeks for delivery. It is very important to provide accurate contact information because the carrier will contact you to make arrangements for your delivery.
NOTE: Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in the cart.
Delivery of large Goods will need a signature.
The carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule. Carriers will give you a 4-hour delivery window. Please make sure to keep your appointment. For shipments where the signature is required, someone over 18 years old must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
NOTE: You may incur additional delivery fees such as a re-delivery fee, storage charges and/or return shipping costs if the appointment is missed.
